Shipping & Delivery

We usually dispatch goods within 24-48 hours. Please allow 2-5 working days for delivery to occur. We are pleased to offer customers express delivery for urgent orders. This carries an extra charge depending on the product, weight and delivery address. All express deliveries orders must be received before a 2pm cut off time.

We do not guarantee delivery times unless you have paid for express or guaranteed delivery. Depending on the value of the order or your preferred shipping method you may have to sign for the goods. The delivery company should leave a calling card after a failed delivery attempt. You must ensure this card is used to re-arrange delivery or to collect from the local depot.

All international orders and delivery times depends on the destination of the goods, but can be from 5-28 days, depending on the destination country. We can offer an international express service; please enquire at the time of purchasing if our system does not show your countries delivery options and pricing.
